After completing his own training Rory was elevated to Master Tailor when he began training an apprentice of his own. Emily Squires began her training under Rory at Pooles, in the fall of that year. When Rory moved to New York, Emily continued to train under Rorys' former Master, Paul Frearson.

In March of this year Emily followed in Rorys' footsteps to become a Golden Shear winner, the second  Poole apprentice to bring home the Golden Shears.

Beginning his train at eighteen, Rory apprenticed for seven years under the instruction of the finest tailors in the British isles, to become a Master Tailor. Learning each aspect of tailoring from seasoned veterans of the trade.

Carrying on his family tradition and the traditional of Savile row by creating Handmade clothing cut uniquely for each client. Every pattern is drafted and hand cut to the individuals measurements and style requests.

"It takes years of practice and training before one can consider offering a bespoke service to clients. Nature has been so prodigal in her design that she has created an innumerable variety of figures. Years of study and training in the art of observation commonly known as "rock of eye", allow me to make certain judgements based on the given figure to improve the fit and creation of the silhouette."
